Viva Cycles is me, Nick. I am a bicycle mechanic and I started Viva Cycles earlier this year in response to what I saw as a disconnect between bicycle servicing and contemporary cycling culture. I wanted to create a cycle repair service that addressed the typical issues customers have with getting their bike serviced and that would fit alongside the increasingly popular trend for cyclists to buy all their gear from online retailers. The biggest downside of getting your bike serviced is the time you loose trying to find an opportunity to take it to-and-from the shop, and the hassle involved in this process.
Whether you're a recreational cyclist missing out on the nice weather, a competition cyclist falling behind on training or a commuter having to arrange alternative modes of transport, reducing the length of time between something going wrong with your bike to riding it again is one of best ways a cycle repair service can benefit its customers.
