About the Business
The Bike Hub is a Social Enterprise Retail Project based in Rhyl's Foryd Harbour, Denbighshire. The project currently provides Employment Opportunities and Social Interaction within a friendly retail environment to adults who may have learning disabilities. The business has been established since 1989 (Formally Tangible Dream/Better Bikes) and offers a comprehensive range of bicycle accessories and bicycles to the general public. The Bike Shop has an extensive workshop area which allows us to provide a comprehensive maintenance service to customers and this also provides a valuable source of employment for our service users.
We also offer bike hire so now there's no excuse not to explore the beautiful North Wales coastal cycle path. We create business and locate employment and training opportunities that include people who may have learning disabilities. We base these services on the individual needs of people we support.
