Driven by obsession and defined by raw enthusiasm, Sixty Nine Cycles is more than a bike shop. It is a meeting place. A community. An environment submersed in two wheels. Embodied by two wheels. Designed by cyclists to serve cyclists. Not only at the tills - in life, in sport, in passion.
It's an affinity he's had since before his teens. Borne from the moment his dad took the stabilisers off his BMX and he first felt that rush. The adrenaline. The wind in his hair. The freedom. And even when he hit a park bench and went over the handlebars his love affair didn't end. If anything, it was just beginning.
An interest in all things mechanical helped, too. Nick went to college, studied engineering, qualified, and spent a few years servicing agricultural machines. But tractors didn't do it for Nick. The pull of two wheels was too great and he went on a journey.
