We aim to give a friendly and informative service, to help you choose the bike that is right for you, not the bike that is right for us! We want you to be confident that the bike you buy, is value for money, will last, will give pleasure and will be repaired if anything should go wrong.
We are happy to work on any bike, whether one bought from us or just your bike that needs a service. Our aim is to be friendly, informative and cost effective. We use new and reconditioned spares.
Warranty terms and conditions: If a component should fail due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period stated, the component will be replaced free of charge. You (the owner) are responsible for the return of the bicycle to Saddle Sore Bikes for any work to be carried out.
