About the Business
There is nothing better than having a customer bring their new bike back for its first service and saying what a great time they have been having. We could be selling TVs and we would never get that kind of feedback. If we do our job right we know that our customers will be comfortable, enjoying the great outdoors, saving money and getting healthier, that's worth opening up for every day.
Because of this we only sell products that we know work and are suitable for purpose. Toys aren't us, we are not "B-ikea" (no flatpacked boxed bikes here) and we only do cycles; its no use asking us for car body filler or a Sat Nav.
